This bread is basically all protein! Hardly any carbs, and perfect for those follow: - keto - grain free - low carb - high protein - yeast free diet! Ingredients: 1 cup powdered egg whites (do not use liquid egg whites) 1 cup water 1 cup cultured cottage cheese Method: Using a stand or electric mixer, whip egg white powder with water until stiff peaks form. Blend cottage cheese then gently fold into the egg white fluff. Transfer to a lined bread pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 350 F.
