It's Blaine back with PrattHomes and exciting model for you today. This is going to be the Waxahachie. This is an eighteen-foot-wide cottage, one bedroom, one bathroom, around 800 square feet. So, we'll start on the porch as we always do with some of the unique features that we did in this model. Some of the things I love, black windows throughout the whole home and then this new black metal that you see both on the sides and on the roof here. We've done that on the porch ceiling and the roof of the home. Let's go inside. Check it out. Look how cozy is in here. So, this one's kind of tucked away in the woods and you could actually probably turn off all the lights in here and it would still be nice and bright because you've got treadsome windows over your entertainment center. You've got transom windows over your fixed glass windows behind the couch too. This is kind of similar to the model that we took out to the East Texas State Fair, the Austin. You'll see some of the same features with the wood trim going everywhere. This is the heritage pine color. I love this island. This island, you've got space two big bar stools here or three smaller ones and of course some overhang here and I'll have you come around too so you can see the black metal on the front of the island that is going to match what's on the front of the home as well as the roof in addition to that look at all the cabinets that you have in a home this size this is a small home but this is by no means a small kitchen you've got the solid hickory cabinets you've got a pull out trash drawer I mean what else can you expect a home of this size. Look, pantry storage over here. You've got more pantry storage over here. There's actually already food in here and you've got full-size appliances of course and then you can come out down the hallway and you've got room for a stackable here and then down this way, you'll see how neat this bathroom is. So, the bathroom can be access either from the hallway or from the main bedroom. In here, you've got linen storage and of course, you've got the three by five shower with the rain head on it as well. Hickory cabinets we did all throughout the home and then you'll notice all these cottages we do we do the vaulted ceiling throughout so you'll see more of that craftsman-style doors and then I love this you've got built-in bank of drawers here and dual closets both have the Heritage Pine wood on them and then this room is really a good size you have plenty of room for king size bed you don't even need to have another dresser in here but if you did you could and the perfect wall for a TV so this is the Waxahachie 18 feet wall one bedroom, one bathroom, one of our most popular cottages.
