This is SERIOUSLY AWESOME. IT is a crochet sleeping mat using plastic bags. Here the idea is to make them and donate them to homeless people as they can be washed easily, are very light weight and protect from sleeping directly on concrete. Also, it does give the idea of using them as door mats for the outdoor shower, or patio/garden entrance. I WILL be making a few of these.

Blessing Bags: Have you ever come across a homeless individual and felt totally uncomfortable? You see them and you know they are in need, but you are not sure what to do. Simply fill a gallon-sized Ziplock with things like toiletries (and/or feminine products for women), snacks, coins, socks and hats, etc. and keep them in your car for when opportunities to provide arise.
